By booking a session, attending an event, or otherwise engaging the services of BNT Photography, you acknowledge and agree that the photographs and/or videos may be taken for promotional, marketing, and portfolio purposes.
You grant BNT Photography the right to use, reproduce, and publish any such images or recordings on its website, social media platforms, print materials, or other media without compensation.
If you prefer not to have your likeness included in promotional materials, please notify BNT Photography in writing prior to your session or event.
